        Define and initiate new health program for employees.
Health and safety: maintain OHSAS 18001 certification on all ST manufacturing sites.   Target achieved All OHSAS certifications maintained. Same target as 2005.
Human rights: review/revise policies and management systems.     Human rights policy statements changed; 25 new indicators in internal self-assessment defining management systems. Support local sites to implement new management systems.
