Brain Teaser

On arriving home one night, Sybille finds her twin sister ensconced at the kitchen table, totally absorbed in munching a huge mouthful of candy. A myriad of multi-colored candies in different flavors is scattered over the table and there is a full box on the counter.
“Cam ! Have you entirely lost your mind ? Do you know what you are doing to your teeth and to your waistline?”
“Quiet, Shybille ! I’m inuoled in a shientifical exshperiment ! Gulp !
I bought five different flavors of candies – apple, grape, lemon, orange and strawberry. I can stuff up to ten of them in my mouth without apparent damage and am now proceeding to discover how many different flavors I can obtain by mixing the five basic ones in different numbers …..when I eat ten together. For this awesome scientific discovery, I am even ready to sacrifice my waspish waistline !”
“But you don’t need to, Cam, you can calculate it !”
“I know, but do you really think that doing calculations is more fun than eating candies ?”

How many different flavors will Camilla be able to taste by mixing the basic flavors in different numbers ?

The question in the last Challenge Brain Teaser: How can you divide an angle into three equal parts?

The Solution: Camille drew the smaller angle B first, and then built the larger one, repeating the same process three times.
