LD2981: ULTRA LOW DROP VOLTAGE
REGULATORS WITH INHIBIT
Housed in a SOT 23-5L package, the LD2981 series features ultra low drop-voltage and ultra low quiescent current making these devices particularly suitable for low noise, low power applications in battery powered systems.
The shutdown logic control function is available on pin 3 (TTL compatible). This means that when the device is used as a local regulator, it is possible to put a part of the board in standby, decreasing the total power consumption.

- Ultra low dropout voltage (200mV typical at 100mA load and 7mV at 1mA load)
- Very low quiescent current (less than 1µA when in shutdown mode)
