SINGLE GATE LOGIC FAMILY
The single gate VHC/VHCT product range is continually being enlarged, and the current portfolio consists of 27 devices. This family is used to reduce size, weight and enhance ASIC functionality in applications such as notebooks, computers, handheld TVs, video games, cameras as well as remote control units, cellular telephones and other handheld electronic devices.
PCB layout is optimized and these high speed devices offer reduced EMI noise immunity.

- +/- 8mA of output current
- CMOS and TTL input thresholds
- Compatible with TSB single gate TC7SHxx
- SOT23-5L (tiny ST323-5L packages).
