The TSA0801 is an 8-bit ADC device with a sampling frequency of 40Msps. Power dissipation is just 40mW at 40Msps. Typical applications are hand-held instrumentation, camcorders, computer scanners & digital communication systems.
The TSA1001 is specially designed for portable applications, is a 10-bit device with a 25Msps sampling frequency. Power dissipation is just 35mW at 25Msps (10mW at 5Msps). The TSA1001 goes beyond 9.8 effective bits at Fs=25Msps and Fin=10MHz.
The TSA1002 is a 10-bit ADC device with a 50Msps sampling frequency. Power dissipation is just 50mW at 50Msps. Typical applications are medical imaging & ultrasound systems, portable instrumentation, cable modem receivers, high-resolution fax & scanners.
The
TSA1005-20*, a 20Msps part and the TSA1005-40,
a 40Msps part, offer excellent dynamic performance while
consuming very low power. At 20Msps, the TSA1005-20 draws
only 100mW. At 40Msps, the TSA1005-40
draws 200mW. Through a polarization pin, it is possible
to precisely adjust power consumption versus sampling frequency.
The
TSA1041* achieves simultaneous conversion of four differential
inputs with a resolution of 10 bits at 50MHz maximum sampling frequency and delivers serialized data LVDS outputs. Power dissipation of the device is only 440mW.

The TSA1201 is a 12-bit ADC device with 50Msps using CMOS technology combining very high performances and very low power consumption. The most advanced medical & instrument applications require the features of this excellent 12-bit.
The TSA1203 is a new generation of high speed, dual-channel ADC processed in a mainstream 0.25mm CMOS technology. Specifically designed for applications requiring very low noise floor, high SFDR and good isolation between channels.
The TSA1204 is a 12-bit ADC device with 20Msps sampling frequency. Power dissipation is just 120mW at 20Msps. Typical applications are medical imaging & ultrasound systems, portable instrumentation & digital communication.
The TSA1401 is a 14-bit ADC device with 20Msps sampling frequency using a deep submicron CMOS technology combining high performances and very low power consumption.
