Amplifiers for Aerospace
Electronics in aerospace applications such as satellites and aircraft are subjected to levels of radiation unknown in most conventional applications. In order for solid-state electronics to function unperturbed, their technologies must be adapted and they must be rigourously qualified in production testing.

ST now offers radiation-hardened amplifiers that provide excellent performances whilst sustaining up to 300krad (SI).
