The M41ST95W is suited for 3V and 3.3V applications, and operates over the industrial temperature range (–40 to +85°C).

The M41ST95W also includes 44 bytes of general purpose, Non-Volatile SRAM and a dedicated 32KHz output, perfect for microcontrollers which use 32KHz for low-power modes or as a reference input for clock generators.
