The new generation of STTH
Ultrafast Rectifiers advantageously replaces the STTA,
BYT and STPR series technology and expand the benefit of
STTHxx Turbo2 sales and performances recognized by the market.
This extension not only completes the STTH range in 200V, 1000V & 1200V but,
also, enhanced the overall performances with higher reliability
(Tj @ 175°C) and lower leakage current, thanks to its platinium doping.
Last but not least, a wider range of standard packages ensures
easy designs.
