Level Translators

STMicroelectronics’ dual-supply level translators are the ideal solution for bidirectional level translation with mixed voltage systems of 1.8 V, 3.3 V and 5 V. The level translator family is comprised of 1 to 32 bit configurations that interface between multi-voltage chipsets and system I/Os, ranging from 4.65 V down to an extremely low 1.4 V, all the while maintaining speed and signal integrity.
