ST's Single/Dual Gate logic families offer designers the possibility to match most of the current project requirements where space, weight, flexibility, thickness and time are a must.
The Single/Dual Gate devices are designed for applications where traditional dual, quad, or hex functions are not desired. In order to meet space-constrained applications requirements, ST offers SOT-23, SOT-323 and Flip-Chip packages.
