 The
M48T201V operates from 3.0V to 3.6V, and is rated for Commercial
(0°C to 70°C) temperature applications. It also comes
in ST's 44-pin SNAPHAT® SOIC package with the battery
and crystal placed in a removable/ replaceable SNAPHAT top.
The Battery Switchover and Power-fail Write Protect circuits
non-volatize the Real-Time Clock in the event of power failure,
and can be used to non-volatize one external Low-Power SRAM.
The RTC features include Alarm and Watchdog functions, while
Supervisor functions include a Reset Output and two Reset Inputs.
It also includes a parallel interface, a programmable alarm,
and watchdog. |
