 The LK115D series are very low drop voltage regulators (0.2V) with very low quiescent current (1µA in off mode, 250µA in on mode). Both active high and active low shutdown Logic Control are available (pin 2 and 3). This means that when the device is used as a local regulator, it is possible to put a part of the board in stand-by, decreasing the total power consumption.
