LM350: Three-terminal 3A Adjustable Voltage Regulator
 
This device is capable of supplying an excess of 3A over a 1.2V to 32V output range. It is exceptionally easy to use and requires only 2 resistors to set the output voltage. It is packaged in the standard TO-3 transistor package and has a wide temperature range from 0°C to +125°C.
