TS432 Product Page
Now
more than ever, micropowered applications are the trend, both due to
increasing portability, and new international regulations. In line with
this trend, ST is introducing a new micropower voltage reference, the
TS432.
Micropower shunt voltage references have a broad application
scope ranging from computer and instrumentation, to battery chargers
and portable power supplies.

The
TS432 is an adjustable micropower shunt voltage reference providing
an output voltage from 1.24V to 10V. It operates in the industrial temperature
range of -40 to +85°C.
Available in the SOT-23 surface mount package, the TS432 is particularly
attractive for applications where space-saving is a critical design
issue.
The low operating current is a key advantage for power-restricted designs.
The TS432 is very stable, offering high precision performance over its
wide temperature range. This combination of characteristics makes it
particularly suitable for switch mode power supply applications such
as DC/DC converters and battery chargers.
