The DVIULC6-4SC6
an ultra low capacitance for 4 lines and VBUS diode
array protection, dedicated to data and video lines used in computer
and peripherals, consumer and telecom products where ultra low
capacitance are required to avoid Bit Error Rate.
It offers a fully compliance with IEC61000-4-2 level 4, the most
stringent ESD standards.
The DVIULC6-4SC6 provides the best trade-off
in protection/performance for high speed series data lines up
to 3.2 Gb/s. It offers data integrity, balanced signal, low leakage
current with unbeatable protection from the most stringent electrostatic
discharges.
The standard SOT23-6L package offers simplicity in design and
implementation of DVI circuits. |
