ST’s ST19 platform of enhanced security, multi-application smartcard MCU’s offers a wide range of devices for low-cost and high performance applications such as data storage, financial transactions, health, personal identification, telecommunications, transportation, conditional access (CA) and pay-TV.
With extensive security features, the 8-bit architecture-based ST19 range extends power, memory capacity and security in microcontroller-based smartcard ICs. The latest additions to this range of ICs are available in ST’s leading 0.15µm EEPROM technology.
