SD29xx Product Selector

The SD29xx series are 28V/50V Gold metallized N-Channel MOS field effect RF power transistors. They use new process and design rules to reduce capacitances and improve RF gain.
They offer different power solutions from 5W to 30W for VHF/UHF 28V applications and from 30W to 300W for HF/VHF 50V applications. Gold metalization is used for high reliability, P+ implant ensures enhanced ruggedness (VSWR).
