System Requirements
STMicroelectronics has developed and will continue to develop new simulation tools that helps board designers to shorten the Design-in cycle, to reduce the number of calls for technical support and to improve application reliability.
To make the simulators working on most computers they will be written in Java® requiring only a browser Plug-In.
The simulators will work with both Netscape® (version 4.07+) and Internet Explorer® (version 4+).
HARDWARE
Any PC with a Pentium® 200 or higher and 64MByte of Ram.
Any workstation for which the Sun Microsystem® Java© Plug-In is available.
SOFTWARE
Netscape® from version 4.67, Internet Explorer® from version 5.0 (on Windows® Platform), Mozilla from version1.5
JRE (Java© Runtime Environment) 1.3.2 or later from Sun Microsystem®. Version 1.5.0 suggested.
Adobe Acrobat® Reader 4.0 or higher from Adobe Systems Inc.
Any operating system for which the above JRE, Netscape® and Acrobat® Reader is available. Look in the Sun Microsystem Site: http:\\java.sun.com for an updated list of the supported Operating Systems
